In short

The terms of service set out how AgentOfert.pl is used: creating an account, the free trial, payments and cancellation. The service supports companies preparing offers in Polish public procurement. It does not give legal advice and does not sign or submit offers on anyone’s behalf. Subscriptions are sold and invoiced by Polar Software Inc. (Polar.sh). Price and terms changes are announced by email 30 days in advance, and you can cancel before they apply. Sole traders for whom the contract is not professional in nature keep the consumer protections that Polish law gives them.
