- the company signs and decides
A tender department that never goes on holiday.
AgentOfert finds public tenders that fit a company, reads the tender specification (SWZ, specyfikacja warunków zamówienia) and assembles an offer package ready to sign. It is built for Polish cleaning, security, installation and other service companies; the app itself is in Polish.

30 minutes from the notice to an offer package in AgentOfert
Source of the first two figures: report of the President of the Public Procurement Office (UZP) on the public procurement system in 2025 (contracts below EU thresholds). The last two figures are our own estimates.
Offers rarely lose on price
They lose on paperwork. A typo in the offer form, a bid security (wadium) paid a day late, a missing list of staff, and the offer is rejected before anyone looks at the price. Before that, someone has to go through new notices every day and read the documentation. In a small company, that someone is usually the owner.
How it works
From a company description to an offer package. Setup takes about 10 minutes.
-
1
Describe the company
The user tells the agent what the company does and where. The agent picks the CPV codes and regions; the user approves them.
-
2
Get verdicts
Every morning, a list of tenders rated go, consider or skip, with the reasoning rather than just a title.
-
3
Read the SWZ in 5 minutes
Every requirement comes with a quote and a page number. It is clear at once what the company meets, what is missing and what to ask the contracting authority.
-
4
Prepare the package
Offer form, declarations and lists filled in from the company data. Before anything is signed, the formal gate checks for the 20 most common mistakes.
Everything a tender department needs
-
Radar with verdicts
BZP (Biuletyn Zamówień Publicznych, the Polish Public Procurement Bulletin), the EU’s TED and procurement platforms in one place, matched to the company profile rather than to keywords.
-
SWZ analysis with quotes
Not sure the agent got it right? Click the quote and see the page in the document.
-
Document bank
Company register extract, social security and tax certificates, insurance policy, references. With expiry dates and a reminder before anything expires.
-
Offer package
Documents ready to sign in DOCX, mapped to the requirements of the SWZ.
-
Formal gate
Green, amber, red. Plus a list of what it did not check, so the user knows where to look.
-
An agent you can talk to
“Find cleaning tenders in Lesser Poland up to PLN 2 million and tell me where we stand a chance.” The agent answers from the same data as the rest of the app.
Who it is for
Contracting authorities describe what they buy with CPV codes (the EU Common Procurement Vocabulary). Users do not need to know them; the agent picks them from the company description. Examples:
-
Facility services
Cleaning, security, maintenance, green areas.
Contracts that come back to the market every year.
- Cleaning services
- Security services
- Green area maintenance
-
Works and installations
Renovation, electrical and plumbing installations.
The largest pool of notices in BZP.
- Renovation work
- Electrical installation work
- Plumbing and sanitary work
-
Supplies and services
Equipment, catering, IT services and more.
Any company with a CPV code can use the radar.
- Computer equipment
- Catering services
- IT services
Principles we keep
-
The company signs
No document goes out without the user’s approval. AgentOfert does not sign or submit anything.
-
Every conclusion has a source
A quote and a page number for every requirement.
-
Data stored in Poland
A data processing agreement under the GDPR, AI-prepared content is labelled, and the AI model provider does not train its models on customer data.

Frequently asked questions
Is the app available in English?
No. AgentOfert is built for Polish companies bidding in Polish public procurement, so the app, the documents it prepares and customer support are in Polish. This page describes the product for partners, investors and visitors from abroad.
Do you guarantee that an offer will not be rejected?
No, and nobody honest would. The gate checks formal requirements against fixed rules and shows what it did not verify. The decision and the signature stay with the company.
Does it replace a lawyer?
No. AgentOfert does not give legal advice or represent anyone before the National Appeal Chamber (KIO, Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza). It takes over reading hundreds of pages and checking that the offer is complete.
Where do the notices come from?
From the Public Procurement Bulletin (BZP), TED, the Competitiveness Base (Baza Konkurencyjności, used for EU-funded contracts) and the procurement platforms where contracting authorities publish their documentation. Public sources only.
What happens to customer data?
Data and documents are stored on servers in Poland under a data processing agreement. Documents are analysed by an AI model provider in the United States under standard contractual clauses; it does not train its models on customer data and deletes it within 30 days. Details are in the privacy policy.
Does AgentOfert submit offers?
No. It prepares the documents and checks completeness. The company signs the offer and submits it on the platform named by the contracting authority.
Do users need to know CPV codes?
No. They describe the company in their own words; the agent picks the codes and regions.
How much does it cost after the trial?
From PLN 149 per month, excluding VAT. No fixed-term contract; cancellation takes one click.
Can it be used with ChatGPT or Claude?
With Claude, yes, from the Pro plan: AgentOfert connects over MCP (Model Context Protocol), so the same agent tools are available in the user’s own assistant. A ChatGPT connection is in preparation.
Are you affiliated with the Public Procurement Office?
No. AgentOfert.pl is an independent tool. It uses public notices published by contracting authorities.
