In short

The data processing agreement (under Article 28 of the GDPR) governs how we process, on the customer’s behalf, personal data contained in the company profile and offer documents. We report personal data breaches to the customer within 24 hours, give 14 days’ notice before changing a sub-processor, allow audits and delete the customer’s data 30 days after the service ends.
